Job Context:
∎ Inviting application for the post to lead the sales & marketing team by planning, implementing, evaluating advertising, merchandising & trade promotion programs; directing sales & marketing activities to achieve the company target.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Specify a policy including a strategic plan for Sales & Marketing management.
∎ Overall sales and marketing development-related activities.
∎ Develop and adjust sales & marketing strategies to qualify for market trends, competitors, and customers.
∎ Develop a management plan for both the short-term and long-term.
∎ Sale management and push sale team forward to the company goal.
∎ Build up company's reputation through marketing channel, public relation, media, CSR activities and etc.
∎ Build up sale knowledge management to be up-to-date and always satisfy with customer's need.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command of English (Intermediate level is acceptable).
∎ Strong leadership and management skills.
∎ Experience in the Consumer goods business is preferred.
∎ Experience to renovate the sales & marketing department.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
