Lead and manage Customer Relation, Lands & Sales teams
Provide strategic leadership and direction across Customer Relation, Lands & Sales departments to ensure smooth coordination and achievement of company goals
To develop strategic plan for Customer Relation, Lands & Sales to achieve maximum revenue and highest level of customer satisfaction
Develop and implement customer retention and relationship strategies
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly Lands and sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
Coordinate with Marketing and Project teams to ensure smooth client servicing
Monitor Lands and sales pipeline, prepare performance reports
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and after-sales service
Build and maintain a high-performance culture through talent management, motivation, and organizational development.
Report directly to the Top Management and work closely with them on long-term planning.
