Responsibilities & Context: Job Context
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources & Administrative manager for a Reputed group of company and its Head Office to strengthen the HR Team and contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies, policies and practices and to maintaining day to day administrative task. The HR & Administrative Manager will be primarily responsible for attracting, recruiting, staffing, employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and look after all other administrative issues.
Job Responsibility
- Responsible for recruitment, placement, retaining, training & developing of the employees to meet the company`s goals & values.
- Responsible for developing policy & procedures pertaining to HR issues.
- Develop appropriate HR processes and practices in the factory as per management`s directives to meet the needs of the growing organization.
- Responsible to maintain employees` personal files, retention and documentations related to HR.
- Maintain and follow legal procedures in case of job separation of any employee following Bangladesh Labor Law.
- Take immediate steps to resolve labor dispute (if any) and grievance in a proactive manner.
- Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave etc.
- Responsible for management & compensation benefit & incentive schemes.
- Follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel in the factory Follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs work.
- Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
- Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview & knowledge about KPI
- Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, job separation, confirmation related work.
- To develop, upgrade and implement HR policies and guidelines at a high standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.
- Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance handling.
- Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives, education allowance, Tiffin bill, Final settlement bill etc.
- To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
- Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc on HR & administrative issues..
- Maintain rapport with the local bodies, buyer representatives and govt. agencies.
- Follow up health, hygienic and safety issues
