Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Architecture (M.Arch) in Industrial Eng & Production
∎ Preferable Graduate Architect/ Diploma Architect/ Fine Artist/ Interior Designer from any Institute/ Professional 3D Max Course Completed
∎ Skills Required: Able to work under pressure
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Furniture Industries, Wooden and Metal Furniture
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have knowledge & professional experience of using AUTO CAD, 3D MAX, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator and latest Graphics design & publishing software.
∎ To prepare 3D design as per the Instruction of Team Leader Architect.
∎ Should have Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing.
∎ The designer must have strong capability on Residence Design, Office Design, Retail Shop Design, Restaurant Design, Hospital Design, Club Design, Exhibition Gallery Design, Stall Design and Stage Design with full working drawing.
∎ Any Other Design related duties assigned by Principal Architect or Management.
∎ Capable to create innovative product design for manufacturing unit.
∎ Should have creative intelligence to produce innovative ideas and concepts required by clients.
∎ Communicate effectively with the General Manager/Owner, the Sales Team, and the Production Team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that production, sales, and customer objectives are met.
∎ Maintain production control records and provide information to sales representatives, customers and management with regard to delivery dates, schedules and operating problems.
∎ All sort of Costing & Analysis of a Manufacturer Group of Company
∎ Budgeting, LC Costing & Analysis;
∎ Job costing, process costing, variable costing;
∎ Productivity Analysis;
∎ Product pricing.
∎ Profitability analysis and pricing for OTM & RFQ.
∎ Update, Revise and maintaining all regular products Bill of Material (BOM)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
