Responsibilities & Context:

PROMIXCO Group is looking for a high-caliber, multi-faceted Admin & Operations Manager to drive organizational excellence. We need a professional who pairs rigorous financial discipline with world-class communication skills and a mastery of documentation.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum qualification of an MBA is required (Major in Accounting, Finance, or Management preferred).

  • Documentation Mastery: 100% excellence in maintaining meticulous records, drafting formal reports, and managing complex filing systems.

  • Client Relations: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to lead high-level client meetings and represent the company professionally.

  • Financial Discipline: A rock-solid understanding of accounting principles and the ability to maintain strict financial oversight.

  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in MS Office (specifically Excel), Tally, and ERP software.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operations & Business Engagement: Lead client meetings and ensure seamless coordination between administrative functions and business operations.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage daily accounts, including voucher entry, billing, and ledger management with absolute precision.

  • Reporting & Audits: Prepare comprehensive financial and operational reports; assist in internal and external audits.

  • Process Documentation: Establish and maintain robust documentation systems to ensure 100% compliance with company policies.

  • Office Administration: Oversee general office administration to ensure maximum efficiency in daily workflows.

Position Details

  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Salary: Negotiable, based on your high-level experience and skill set.

  • Location: 34 Topkhana Road, Dhaka 1000.
