Job Summary
PROMIXCO Group seeks a dynamic professional who can bridge finance and tender management. The role demands expertise in financial control, taxation, budgeting, and credit management, alongside the ability to prepare, review, and submit tender documentation for both public and private sectors. The candidate must be comfortable working across DPM, OTM, e-GP, and donor-funded procurement systems.
Key Responsibilities
Finance, Accounts & Compliance
- Manage daily accounting operations, ledger updates, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
- Develop and monitor budgets, manage credit lines, and ensure financial discipline.
- Ensure accurate VAT, TAX, and AIT filing in compliance with NBR and RJSC.
- Implement and maintain accounting systems using ERP and Tally.
- Conduct financial analysis, cost control, and audit coordination.
- Oversee inventory and logistics tracking integrated with ERP modules.
- Liaise with financial institutions for credit, LC, and loan management.
- Support internal and external audits and prepare necessary documentation.
Tender Marketing & Documentation
- Prepare and submit tenders for DPM, OTM, e-GP, international, and donor-funded projects.
- Compile technical and financial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
- Format and proofread documents to meet submission standards and compliance.
- Maintain accurate tender archives and ensure proper version control.
- Track tender deadlines, pre-bid meetings, and submission schedules.
- Prepare financial bid summaries and assist management in pricing strategy.
- Stay updated on public procurement rules (PPA/PPR) and relevant guidelines.
- Work closely with designers and technical teams for presentation-quality bids.
