Responsibilities & Context:
Compliance Manager are responsible for ensuring that a garment company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Job Location: Dhaka-Mirpur, Gazipur-Bhabanipur.
Job Responsibilities:
To ensure compliance with legal, risk, and compliance requirements. This includes monitoring compliance status, identifying non-compliance issues, and taking corrective action.
To prepare the factory for audit.
To update all compliance-related documents.
To monitor the health & safety issues of workers.
To conduct training on different compliance issues.
Compliance and Social Audit Proficiency: Good knowledge and experience of Buyers Code of Conducts, handle social & technical audits. Handling multiple standards' Quality, Environment, Health & Safety issues.
To prepare a corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First-party & Third-party compliance audits.
To handle all audits & take initiatives before the audit.
To manage employee relations.
Any other task assigned by the management.
