Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Candidate with MBA/Masters degree in any discipline are preffered.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Legal, Office Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dyeing Factory, Garments, Group of Companies, Textile, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures documents (fire license, factory license, Trade license, RAJUK approvals, Chemical, Boiler etc) are updated
∎ Communicates and coordinates various audit body (SADEX, BSCI, WRAP, ACCORD, ALLIANCE etc) by providing supportive documents
∎ Monitors all civil work
∎ Accomplishes buyer's/ audit's corrective action plan
∎ Prepares various office orders as per instruction of management and circulate it throughout the organization
∎ Handles issues related to transport
∎ Monitors security system, Warehouse management system

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge about labor law
∎ Should have established relation with various audit body (SADEX, BSCI, WRAP, ACCORD, ALLIANCE etc)
∎ Should have good understanding on construction work
∎ Should have ability to handle related public authority

Salary: Negotiable
