Garment General Store, Store Management, Store Management in Woven Garments Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for store management & Prepare and establish store policy & SOP and review within particular time period.
∎ To maintain the overall store operation from incoming materials to product shipment.
∎ Ensure to maintain goods incoming & outgoing procedure as per company policy.
∎ Ensure to maintain proper reconciliation of materials for both issue & stock along with records.
∎ Perform all activities related to the shipment. Ensure requisition slip for both issue & delivery of materials.
∎ Monitoring & make comparison report to purchase requisition & budge control.
∎ Ensure to maintain regular data to input into the software. 8. Ensure to maintain the proper traceability, identification & storage procedure of all types of incoming and stock materials.
∎ Control the extra OT hour for loader as per compliance standard.
∎ Prepare weekly OT report and cross check with Admin & HR dept. for management submission.
∎ Ensure to maintain all required documents properly such as; gate pass, all types of challan, invoice, test standard, certificate etc.
∎ Prepare monthly stock closing summery & reconciliation report and also submit to the top management.
∎ Evaluate the subordinate's activities & confirm their performance appraisal in yearly basis.
∎ Provide the required support and help all team members to perform their activities perfectly. Monitoring the housekeeping and Safety issues of entire store area.
∎ Arrange & provide necessary training & awareness to the team members.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management.

∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package. Must have strong leadership, decision making & problem solving, and inter-personal skills. Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability. Willing to work under pressure. Knowledge in handling ERP software. Supervisory & Team building Skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
