Experience in Polo T-shirts, Ladies’ Knit Tops, Jackets (Woven & Knit), Pants (Knit & Woven), Swimwear (Woven), and Kidswear (Knit) is required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitoring & expanding the productivity and efficiency of the production lines by endorsing best utilization of resources and eliminating tailbacks and improving methods bringing about universalize in the overall production procedure.
Display and cope the production unit machines by maintaining proper sequence of operation to ensure best work movement.
Balance the line to ensure least work force
Must be handling 35–40-line capacity with Knit products
Good Knowledge about LEAN MANUFACTURING & modular Manufacturing System/ single garments manufacturing.
Good Knowledge about setting up IE in Cutting, sewing, packing section
Ability to handle all elements of IE & recording systems pertaining to the finishing department
Good knowledge in work place arrangement and method Improvement
Good knowledge in motivation, production techniques with technical problem solving
Sound Knowledge about Production and Capacity Planning
Experience working with multinational cultures
Assist to the IE Head of the Department recommending methods for improving utilization of employees, material, and utilities
