Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineer (IPE) / Textile, Bachelor's degree from any recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Group of Companies, Sweater Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Employee will be responsible for making effective monthly Capacity plans, monthly and weekly production plans, Individual style wise production plans, Weekly and Monthly Open capacity statements, shipment plans etc in consultation and coordination with Marketing and Merchandising, Head of Production & management team.
∎ Follow up the execution of total plans in order to ensure timely shipment and targeted efficiency and productivity.
∎ Order status monitoring with Merchandising, Production & supply chain departments in order to assure well execution of plans & Follow up, Man, and Machine allocation against plan.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning that ensures cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Follow up production status for plan hit rate, In apparent failures make root cause analysis and give quick solution for smooth operations execution.
∎ Evaluate Planning staff performance, ensure staff discipline, identify training needs, and do necessary training.
∎ Use standard efficiency ladder in practice in the organization and IE SMV in determining daily planned production targets.
∎ Collect KPI data and generate Key Performance evaluation reports of planning for management's review.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have computer literacy with good analytical skills.
∎ Open-minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.
∎ Must have IE and IE calculations knowledge
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire of success.
∎ Self-starter & proactive.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ Looking for smart, energetic, pro-active, and career oriented candidate.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in written and spoken English.
