∎ Minimum Graduate
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
woven Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the SOP of cutting.
∎ Collect new order booking sheet and make cutting plan accordingly
∎ Develop the Team and Lead them for the smooth operation of the Cutting.
∎ Proven capability to understand different specification & requirements.
∎ Through knowledge of fabrics consumption, pattern grading, CAD marker, fabrics construction, size set etc.
∎ Arrange style wise pattern and pattern grading to ensure zero error of cutting.
∎ To verify & check the pattern to ensure accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
∎ Liaison with the Merchandising Department, Production Head, Quality Head and Dyeing & Finishing Department, etc. ,
∎ Hourly production monitoring and day wise TRG Setup.
∎ To maintain 100 % Compliance at Cutting operation.
∎ Obtain the QC approval for the Sample/ Size and Bulk Cut accordingly.
∎ Cutting capacity study on Different Process
∎ Check pattern or marker & provide training to all employees of cutting dept.
∎ Communicate with relevant departments to operate cutting department efficiently and effectively.
∎ Ensure strictly waste control (reduce cutting rejection & fabric wastage), etc..
∎ Ensure the cutting process and procedure are as per the buyer's quality parameters or requirements.
∎ Prepare monthly/weekly cutting plan considering shipment schedule
∎ Attend PP meeting of each style/order and implement cutting guideline.
∎ Follow up and ensure proper numbering, , bundling, shade issue , pattern wise in cutting and size breakdown.
∎ Analyze the work in progress on work stations and instructing supervisor for better balancing.
