Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the ability to execute overall factory administrative activities.
∎ Develops human resources strategic plan to support the overall business plan for the Company.
∎ Need to keep a good relationship with local enforcement and the surrounding area of the company premises.
∎ Plans and conducts new employee orientation ( Driver / Security/Operators) to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
∎ Investigates employee concerns such as harassment and discrimination claims and recommends courses of action to resolve such issues.
∎ Provides consultative services to work teams to coach the resolution of employee issues in the area of performance management. Develops and provides training for leaders in this area.
∎ Manages the contract administrations function as it relates to maintenance/operations; client, project and consultant contracts.
∎ Develops and coordinates the delivery of all general training for employees-personal, professional, team development.
∎ Represents the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
∎ Manages all activities (either personally initiated or through subordinates) related to the maintenance of the facilities, office equipment and systems.
