Educational Requirements:
∎ Master/MBA in HRM or any discipline.
∎ PGDPM.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Charge of HR, Compliance and General Administration of the factory.
∎ Should be able to handle around 800 workers/employee.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of Labor Laws/Rules and HR policies especially relating to Garments field.
∎ Experience in different audit such as ACCORD/RSC, BSCI, SEDEX etc.
∎ Have to work closely to the top management on organizational HR & Admin issues.
∎ Have to work directly in the recruitment process of all categories of staff/worker and prepare job descriptions, advertising, short listing candidates with rating, conducting -interviews, drafting interview protocols, perform reference check and etc.
∎ To implement HR and Admin related plan, policy, procedure and guidelines.
∎ Lead the HR Team in delivering standard HR services within the policy and procedures.
∎ Supervise and conduct training and counseling/motivation of employees.
∎ Monitor that HR and Admin team supervise the duties and assignment of all service staffs.
∎ Should have ability to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance issues.
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer COC.
∎ Handle Buyer Compliance issues properly, Maintain Legal & ethical code of conducts as per standards.

∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in English both written and spoken.
