Job Context

We are looking for a Young, Enthusiastic, Energetic, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person as a Manager (Admin & HR)” who has the relevant experience to meet desired goal.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day office operations, ensuring cleanliness and overall functionality of office premises. Oversee facility management, including space planning, renovation, security, utilities, and equipment maintenance. Ensure all administrative operations comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

  • Manage administrative logistics related to employee support including visiting cards, ID cards, and all others required information for team members.

  • To Coordinate & monitor manpower requirement as per approved plan and subsequent recruitment, selection and placement.

  • Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR process and practices in the organization as per management’s directions to meet the needs of the growing organizations.

  • To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

  • To monitor that all HR related data, reports, formats, statement & registers are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per company’s HR policies and procedures.

  • To maintain the employee’s personal file with all related papers as up-dated.

  • Ensure standard operation of human resource department.
