Must be a retired Army Subedar or equivalent rank with proven leadership and security management experience. Physically fit and mentally alert.
Strong sense of discipline, integrity, and responsibility.
Candidates with experience in Group of Companies or Corporate house will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising Security Guards and their activities, securing the properties and ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
Conduct regular and random inspections or patrols to ensure security alertness
Conduct grooming sessions, training programs and other sessions for the Security Guards
Maintain different registers related to security, guest, inventory etc. and prepare reports accordingly
Assist develop security policies and procedures and implement them accurately
Respond to security incidents and emergencies and coordinate activities accordingly
Carry out other activities as guided by the Top Management
