∎ Trainees will be provided with intensive training. During this training period, incumbents will be trained in different departments of garment manufacturing. A group of department heads and the HR team will closely monitor and measure the development of each candidate.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training will be provided in different garment manufacturing processes, including but not limited to Industrial Engineering, Sales and Merchandising, Pattern & Design, Product Development, Commercial and Garment Operations.
∎ An orientation module stating the precise training schedule will be given upon joining.
