∎ Post Graduation in Marketing/ Management/ HRM from any reputed institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To conduct TNA.
∎ Development of Existing Training module.
∎ To develop new Training module.
∎ To conduct training.
∎ To ensure all logistic support before training.
∎ To take attendance of all the participants, disbursement of training meterials.
∎ To contact with resource person to ensure proper schedule.
∎ To arrange training room.
∎ Providing support on employee placement.
∎ Employee followup.
∎ To arrange field training for new commer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Practical Sales experience at field level will get preferance.
∎ Must have a very good experience in Power Point Presentation.
∎ Willing to travel frequently outside Dhaka, e.g.Divisional city.

Salary:
∎ Salary will be revised after conformation. Others as per company policy (e.g. leave, TA/DA, communication device, career growth, bonus)
