∎ Skills Required: Garments or Textile work experience will be add extra value

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a qualified & knowledgeable Management Trainee officer.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
∎ Develops electrical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
∎ Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling electrical components; soliciting observations from operators.
∎ Assures product quality by designing electrical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities.
∎ Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
∎ Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting repair service.
∎ Maintains product data base by writing computer programs; entering data.
∎ Completes projects by training and guiding technicians.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
∎ Providing electrical engineering recommendations and technical support on electrical engineering reviews strategic plans and projects.
∎ Maintenance & servicing the 11kv substation for PDB /DESCO
∎ Managing unit and development cost estimations and helps determine affordable and reliable materials resources.
∎ Ensuring on time product development by collaborating with other leaders to estimate reasonable and precise schedules and solve problem quickly.
∎ Steamline productions while meeting compliance and safety guidelines.
∎ Creating production, quality validation and evaluation requirements and tests and troubleshoot productions dilemmas.
∎ Establishing technical standards in reviews, documentation and design.
∎ Supervising and guiding to mend the machines generators, electrical controllers and business enterprise machines in large scale factories.
∎ Administering the repair of different electrical instruments and equipment in office building and small scale factories.
∎ Training and supervising the electrician on the arrangement of central wires for computer and other telecom equipment along with wiring the electrical systems of different building.
∎ Supervising the installation of electronic equipment systems, circuit computers, equipment intercommunication system, fire warming devices and other different safety system.
∎ Directing and training my electricians to link the wires to electrical circuit breakers, modifiers or other section.
∎ Observant and supervising the initiation of new electrical instruments and equipment.
∎ Assisting the electrician, electrical engineers, and factory and maintenance workers to carry on with the initiation of new intricate elelectronic instruments.
∎ Assisting all operators for 3 MW power plant with Jenbacher Engine, 95 kw two screw type compressors, two boilers in utility.
∎ Troubleshooting & solving Inverter, PLC Program, LT PANEL, PFI, MDB, SDB Substation, Electrical Drawing, Boiler Electrical system & Generator functions.
∎ Face all kind of electrical safety audit.
