• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Master of Science (MSc)

• B.Sc. & M.Sc. In Chemistry/Physics/Environmental Science/Chemical Eng. in reputed university students will get preference.  

• Age At most 30 years

• Excellent verbal and written communication skill in both Bengali and English.

• Must be skilled in using MS- Office, Excel, Internet Browsing and E-Mail.

• Have to be a quick learner.

• Must be able to adjust with the new assignment.

• Should be sincere, self-motivated and result oriented.

• The selected candidates will be responsible to assist in performing compliance operations related activities of the organization.

• Assist Line Manager to make improvements and implement compliance related tasks.

• Work closely with the compliance team for day-to-day operations & overall development of factory compliance.

• Assist to develop different policies & procedures of the organizations.

• To coordinate all training & development programs.

• Identify training needs, prepare training modules and implement training programs in consultation with line management.

• To prepare various documentation & properly maintain different file as and when required.      

• Maintain employee records according for policy and legal requirements.

• To keep an eye on the floor to check for any concerns related to compliance.

• Assist to establish employee engagement and employer branding activities across the organization throughout the year.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
