∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering with Industrial Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To follow all the preventive maintenance schedules and to focus on preventive maintenance rather breakdown maintenance.
∎ Maintain the health of the machines and to ensure safety of man power and machines
∎ Monitoring all systems and procedures for monitoring the quality as per standards.
∎ Identifying areas of quality failures and taking steps to rectify the system wide preventive and corrective actions to avoid the re occurrences
∎ To ensure the participation of subordinates in the various training programs
∎ Cost control, operational excellence ,efficiency, timely delivery and quality output
∎ To optimize resources to achieve the maximum profitability.
∎ Interacting with different departments and sections from time to time for smooth and trouble free operation.
∎ To ensure timely procurement of spares and machine spares to reduce breakdowns and down time.
∎ To maintain machine history records.

∎ Age 28 to 48 years
