Job Context:
∎ Has to be the custodian for achieving production volumes as per the set standards. Should train Operators on multi skilling, to continue to deliver output, even in case of absenteeism of key resources.
∎ Should maintain proper IR (Industrial Relation) with all Operators, with disciplinary control.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Sunrise meeting with Operators and summaries the previous days breakdowns attended
∎ Carry out work allocation, according to prioritization of breakdowns.
∎ Coordinate with other sections / Depts. for prioritization
∎ Train & coach Operators about machine maintenance
∎ Carryout preventive / Predictive maintenance as per the schedule, including MHF (Material Handling Facilities)
∎ Identify the root causes of breakdown through why why analysis
∎ Prepare spares requirement & follow-up for the procurement
∎ Carry out Production posting of components in ERP system.
∎ Carryout services as per schedule for machines under AMC
∎ Maintaing critical spares and store inventory
∎ Clear the abnormalities & unsafe conditions identified in audits
∎ Process instruments calibration as per schedule
∎ Execution of reaction plan during manufacturing process
∎ Maintain history card for each machines
∎ Carry out new projects,proocess line, system development and implementation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Should have knowledge on Industrial Automation & Process Instrumentation
∎ Should Experienced on HMI, PLC, VFD (Preferable brand Siemens & Mitsubishi)
∎ "Should Have knowledge on Communication Protocol (TCP IP, MODBUS RTU RS-485, ProfiBus, Profinet, CC Link
∎ etc.) between/among devices."
∎ Should have knowledge in 33/11 KV & 11/0.415 KV substations design and maintenance
∎ Should have operation & maintenance knowledge on diesel Generator & air screw compressor
∎ AutoCAD Experience in SLD, ELD, LPS & Factory facility Layout preparation
∎ Should have clear & basic knowledge on power electronics.
