Experience:
Bachelors/ Masters in Human Resources / Business Administration,
PGDHRM will give preference.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Lead, Recruitment Manager, or similar role.
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Sound knowledge in Bangladesh labor low-2006 & rules-2018
