• The incumbent must be aligned with the latest trends and updates of the fast-evolving mobile industry.

• Passionate about smartphones, technology & software quality

• Basic understanding of Android OS, smartphone features & system architecture

• Knowledge of software testing concepts

• Ability to write clear bug reports and documentation

• Basic understanding of ADB commands, Android and feature phones flashing tools

• Knowledge of basic scripting

• Proficiency in English is a must

• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines

• Team player with a proactive attitude

• The incumbent must be solution oriented and possess a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude

• Perform testing of feature phones and android based smart phones

• Take ownership of the software testing lifecycle (STLC) from the beginning of the project to completion.

• Prepare and execute test plans, test cases and test scenarios.

• Conduct Functional, UI/UX, Regression, Smoke, and Performance testing.

• Identify, reproduce, document bugs and follow up with the development team to ensure resolution.

• Log defects using bug tracking tool: Redmine

• Collaborate closely with ODM, Project Managers, HW Team, Production Team and all other related stakeholders to ensure overall product quality.

• Provide test reports, feedback, and suggestions for improvement.

• Conduct Mobile Network Field Test

• Conduct Camera Quality Testing

• Market data analysis and deliver prompt solutions to the identified problems.
