Educational Requirements:
∎ An ideal candidate should have Graduation or Master degree from any recognized university.
∎ Degree on Footwear Technology will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall lasting operations to execution with efficient planning and on time delivery.
∎ Responsible to ensure quality of shoes at the supplier end through SOP.
∎ Have to submit day to day production report to authority.
∎ Responsible for ensure proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained
∎ Responsible for prepare & submit necessary reports required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The applicants should have 10-12 (Ten-Twelve) years working experience in the Footwear industry.
∎ Vast knowledge on Cemented Sports / Synthetic Shoe manufacturing Process.
∎ Should be pleasant personality and should be smart and well groomed
∎ Having good knowledge in modern production operation methodology.
∎ Good leadership, technical, human relation & conceptual skills
∎ Capable to take cost effective strategic decision in favor of the company.
∎ Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.
∎ Should have knowledge in MS Office & other computer applications
