Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Wet Processing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ -->Daily Activities
∎ Assist in the planning and development of lab-dips
∎ Ensure prompt and regular communication with Merchandiser and technical team to clarify technical details and overcome problems through email
∎ "Able to Calibrate Lab spectrophotometer"
∎ Preparation of all shades correction
∎ Correction of recipe for fabric dyeing
∎ Good knowledge in pipetting of solution
∎ "Filing of all lab dip and update"
∎ "Printing of recipe by Sticker.(New)"
∎ Chemical preparation
∎ Dyes Preparation for Color Service and Manual.
∎ Lab Dip submission for client approval
∎ Releasing recipe according to matching lead-time
∎ To follow the setup procedure.
∎ Attending daily lab technical meeting with MRU by VC
∎ -->Special Follow-up when required:
∎ Morning shade assessment with Production Team
∎ Correction of recipe for all reprocess shade
∎ Assessing of new shades with dyeing production Team to be release for dyeing.
∎ Housekeeping of lab matching status on PFS
∎ Cross checking of lab card prior to be release for dyeing
∎ Preparing lab card for both samples and production
∎ Updating of recipe on Orgatex
∎ Creating lab ref for both samples and production
∎ Follow up of samples, productions and accessories
∎ Send report for Lab machine equipment
∎ Downloading of Daily OR141report and retrieval of new shades and send mail for swatch request
∎ Receipt of new shade and update system, preparation of folders and updating of dyeing remarks
∎ Preparing and updating of ahiba machine efficiency report.
∎ Ability to do CPB dyeing and follow up
∎ Callibration of digi eye

∎ Age at most 28 years
