∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain a group of computerized circular knitting machines ensuring they are producing high quality all times.
∎ Troubleshoot and repair all aspects of computerized circular knitting machines.
∎ Take styles and designs from concept to prototypes and production ready styles, using the appropriate yarns and raw materials to achieve both the visual and functional goals from the design team.
∎ Set and adjust knitting machine parameters such as patterns, tensions, quantities, and speeds.
∎ Execute computer programs for automatic knitting production
∎ Review guides, technical manuals, charts, samples, and specification sheets and confer with supervisors/designers to determine machine parameters
∎ Clean machines and keep them lubricated
∎ Inspect manufactured clothing components and accessories for defects
∎ Trim clothing components and cut fabrics as needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
