Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate from textile background will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Creative thinker and problem solver, Fluent in English Communication both in Written and Spoken, Knitwear Merchandising, Team player
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive new development request from WLO, analyze new product with technician and distribute technical file to suppliers.
∎ Collect price of new product from suppliers.
∎ Daily mail communication with WLO and Suppliers. Create a good dialogue with buyers & understand their priorities and act accordingly.
∎ Dispatch all update documents to technician and quality department. Make internal meeting with them to clarify issues.
∎ Follow up sample making every day and send weekly sample development status to WLO.
∎ After receiving new sample from supplier, check sample compare with artwork- along with technician, make sample evaluation sheet and send sample to WLO.
∎ Ensure sample is made within given deadline.
∎ Factory visit when necessary.
∎ Once new product is confirmed, launce lab test, color development, trims development, mini bulk fabric approval, Pre-Production sample approval.
∎ Ensure new product file is made, with all approval.
∎ Ensure all mini bulk fabric and trims and sealed sample is in record and shared with Quality dept.
∎ Responsible for all new products, from order placement to on time delivery.
∎ Arrange pre-production meeting with Technician, QC and Factory production people.
∎ Supervising Merchandiser Coordinator.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of suppliers concerning price, quality, capacity & lead-times.
∎ Strong knowledge on Knit products and fabrication.
∎ Knowledge on basic fabrics/garments testing.
Salary: Negotiable
