Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA in HRM/ MGT/ Sociology/ Physics/ Social Work/ Social Science/ Philosophy from any reputed University like Dhaka University/BRAC/NSU;
∎ Candidate's having Post-Graduation Diploma in HRM will be preferred;
∎ Minimum CGPA in Graduation is 2.75 out of 4:00 and H.S.C & S.S.C is 4.00 out of 5:00 respectively;
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage workers grievances through proper procedure with a view to reduce it
∎ Work as a communication bridge between floor Management & workers
∎ Daily visit in production floor for communicating with the workers and floor Management so as to keep a good team work for enhancing productivity
∎ Provide necessary counseling in unusual situation such as Go Slow, Resignation, Rejection, Absenteeism, In-subordination etc.
∎ Support & Assist for induction, monthly orientation program for newly recruited employees and maintain all training files
∎ Facilitate necessary treatments for pregnant workers in close collaboration with medical doctors
∎ Prepare monthly report on welfare activities and training programs for submitting to the Management
∎ Conduct meeting of PC, Health & Safety, Environment and report to the Management on its findings
∎ Supervise Welfare Team for assessment of Training Needs & in-house Skill based Training Programs
∎ Any other task assigned by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong work ethic, self-motivated & positive attitude
∎ Should have good mentality & responsibilities in all respect
∎ Should be honest, team and service oriented
∎ Should be well verse in Bengali & English
∎ Computer knowledge is must
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord
