Responsibilities & Context:

Serves as HR & Admin solution provider for all concerns related to employee activity and adherence to policy guidelines, directs and coordinates human resources activities such as employment, performance management, employee training, salary associated queries. Handle attendance and leave records of employees and ensure that all queries are resolved within the timeline. Support in adhering to compliance requirements and code of conduct recommended by the management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Branding

  • Organise a smooth onboarding process for new employees, guaranteeing 100% document compliance and a satisfying first day. Lead efforts to improve the company's standing and establish it as an "Employer of Choice."

  • HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Keep individual employee personnel files and secure company databases up to date. Maintain careful attendance and leave records, making sure the information is prepared for audits and payroll. Develop and implement systems to utilize staff competencies effectively, ensuring maximum professional output.

  • Policy, Compliance & Disciplinary Action

  • Design and implement robust HR policies regarding working conditions, performance standards, and code of conduct. Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and government agencies as required.

  • Office Administration & Facility Management

  • Make sure the workplace is hygienic, comfortable, and conducive to productivity. Supervise general office compliance, security procedures, and facility safety. Schedule and manage high-level meetings, interviews, and HR events, maintaining a structured organizational agenda.

  • Strategic Support

  • Provide operational support on all aspects of the HR department as requested by leadership. Execute any other administrative tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth business operations.
