Responsibilities & Context:
Analysis of production & collect lost time against low production and clarify.
Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
Study individual operator's performance and trained up them.
Developing multi-skill operators based on their individual interest and maintaining skill matrix record.
Coordinate with Sewing Line chief and Line Supervisors for line feeding & related job
Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth Productivity.
Prepare monthly production & efficiency report, machine break down report
Calculation of efficiency, time study, motion study and idle man machine hours.
Analysis of labor cost, capacity planning & creation of production schedules.
Monitoring and Line balancing - Based on Capacity, allocated plan and WIP in the line
