Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timeline.
Balance manpower and machinery effectively to eliminate bottlenecks and idle time.
Ensure sewing operations comply with approved quality standards.
Improve workflow, line layout, and process efficiency when required.
Coordinate with Industrial Engineering (IE) and Finishing Department for balanced production flow.
Work closely with the QC team & Kaizen team to reduce defects and improve quality performance.
Coordinate with the Engineering Department to resolve machine breakdowns and technical issues.
Regularly report production status and improvement progress to the Top Management
