Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arranging Motivational Training with Q.C & Q.C Supervisor Required for Implements Their activities as per Buyer Requirement.
∎ Monitor Q.A/Q.C Performance by Gathering or Monitoring Relevant Report with Proper Data.
∎ Ensuring All Quality (In Finishing) & Production Issue by Auditing & Controlling.
∎ Monitoring Daily Finishing All Relevant Report, Planning Work Hour in Advance.
∎ Execute in handling of Finishing QAD Team with Proper Guideline.
∎ Must have to Acknowledgement about Section Capacity.
∎ Provide adequate Quality Control Seminar & Caring for every Junior & New trainee.
∎ Reviewed Third Party Inspection Report to See Pass or Fail Ratio and Arrange Seminar with Them.
∎ Efficiency Interact with Technical Development Both QAD and Production Team.
∎ Provide and Follow the Quality SOP in Each Step of the Process Buyer Requirement.
∎ To Keep All Necessary Documents and Quality SOP.
∎ Ultimately Ensure Final Product Quality For Satisfying Customers.
∎ Preparing or summarizing weekly/ monthly or any periodical quality inspection reports to tracking the quality progression/ degradation.
∎ Ensure assign tasks within real time frame as given by the reporting manager &HOD.
∎ Continue follow up and giving proper guidelines to subordinates and monitoring their daily activities.
∎ Set a monthly basis Defect & Rework target timeline to minimize the rate gradually and strict follow up to achieve as targeted through proper follow up of overall quality protocol and ensure maintaining all SOP.
∎ Give proper guideline and information to related departments to ensure proper utilization of Man/Machine/Material and all others equipment.
∎ Follow up production progress to perform on time shipment as per weekly inspection schedule.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Candidate must have experience in Knit Garments.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have time management skill.
