Job Responsibilities:
∎ The responsibilities of the "Jr. Executive-HR" include but are not limited to the descriptions below:
∎ 1) Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
∎ 2) Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
∎ 3) Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
∎ 4) Updating employee basic personal information into payroll (ERP) and upgrade time to time (including Promotion, Increment, Transfer etc).
∎ 5) Calculating employee benefits and deductions.
∎ 6) Preparing monthly salary sheet including OT & Bank disbursement sheet within the deadline.
∎ 7) Preparing monthly joining & resignation status.
∎ 8) Drafting various letters related to HR Management.
∎ 9) Assisting reporting authority regarding recruitment & selection, training & development etc.
∎ 10) Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Advanced MS Excel skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills
∎ Able to work under pressure and can meet deadlines.
