Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting the overall recruitment process.
∎ Assisting in completing the selection process as per the planned schedule.
∎ Conducting of overall recruitment and selection process of field Sales-force (Sales Officer).
∎ CV sourcing and advertising job vacancy as per job specification.
∎ Communicate employer value propositions to the potential employees.
∎ Participate in different job fairs and career awareness programs.
∎ Conducting training.
∎ Ensuring all logistic support before training.
∎ Disbursement of training materials.
∎ Development of existing training modules.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 0-1 year for Jr Executive position
∎ 1-3 year for Executive position
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)

Apart from our food & beverage products, we have agro-based products, agro-processing, real estate, insurance, readymade garments, telecommunications and electronic media business.
