∎ Age at most 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Process wise absenteeism check then proper line balance by operators give & take from others line or zone for smoothly production without any obstacle.
∎ Make OB (Operation bulletin)  include with Man. Machine and GSD database SMV. How many manpower & what types machine are need in this style for discuss with production manager & mechanic manager to ensuring for bulk production.
∎ Arrangement of workplace design, tools and equipment to improve production by using human body with finding better way of doing things.
∎ Analysis a process for how to make easy and how to increase productivity by using techniques such as: time study, Method study, Motion economy and work place re-engineering to get maximum efficiency label.
∎ Finding line bottlenecks and solution by using techniques like reduce excess work from workers. Select right workers for right works.
∎ Follow up production plan-line input and end date and daily line/section wise production output and upcoming style.
∎ Training low skill operators for improve line performance, Or skill development. Make operators skill inventory in the database which maintains inventory in the database which maintains the record of each operator which who can do what type of operation and at what rating. Keep this database update every one month later. Skill inventory is very essential for proper line balance and help to find if need any special process operator.
∎ Attend pre-production meeting with all related department responsible person such as: merchandising, production, Quality, cutting, finishing, washing for solution any technical and qualities problem in bulk production and meeting result inform to my superior.
∎ Follow up pilot & trial cut production for finding critical operations in the style, identify potential bottlenecks operation based on pilot & trail cut production prepare better for bulk production.
∎ Recruitment operators through the standard test such as: handle a machine how threading of machine. Types of machine he/she can run. Needle attaching to machine how fast run a machine feeding bobbin into shuttle. Efficiency & quality of works and finally fixing wages as per company rules.
∎ Calculate Non-Productive time in case of any machine breakdown & others.
∎ End of the day review my today activities find out result for evaluation me and planning for next day works to discuss with senior & subordinates based of emergency.
