∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure building constructive relationships between all stakeholders both internally (Unions) and externally (government bodies, other industry bodies and external parties).
∎ Monitor internal and external labor relations trends and submit relevant reports to management.
∎ Investigate and resolve complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Collate and analyze employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
∎ Resolve queries of management staff and associates related to HR & IR Policies and processes.
∎ Ensure safe and healthy work environment for associates.
∎ Coordinate the implementation of employee relations
∎ Resolve any conflict or grievance pertaining to job or the working environment as per HR policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation in any discipline
∎ Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures
∎ In depth knowledge of employment legislations
Salary: Negotiable
