Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a competent Inventory In-Charge to monitor and report on the company`s inventory. This is an important job since the efficient handling of the company`s products and supplies is critical for the attainment of business goals.
∎ An inventory In-Charge is a reliable professional with excellent record-keeping abilities. He/She possess great attention to detail and focus on step by step inventory arrangement procedures
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Use software to maintain & monitor inventory.
∎ Supervise inventory employees.
∎ Report to management on stock levels, issues etc.
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Ensure that Supplier's deliveries have been received and stored in a proper manner.
∎ Maintain and organize stock rooms, Separate and organize products by types, categories etc.
∎ · Navigate inventory system to document suppliers/other received, shipped and/or transferred to other stores.
∎ ·Create employee schedules and ensured staff were always on duty to provide assistance as needed.
∎ · Supervise all physical inventories and maintain daily, weekly and monthly cycle counts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
Salary: Negotiable
