Responsibilities & Context:
  • Respond to customer queries and messages through Facebook in a professional and timely manner.

  • Handle incoming customer phone calls and provide accurate information and support.

  • Communicate with customers through WhatsApp and ensure proper follow-up.

  • Reply to customer reviews and queries on Google My Business platforms.

  • Create and process Pre-Sales based on customer requirements.

  • Maintain and update customer query information in the designated Google Docs/Sheets accurately.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues effectively.

  • Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.

  • Follow company communication guidelines and service standards.

  • Perform other contact center-related tasks assigned by management.
