∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in a rice or food processing factory.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate records of stock levels for raw rice, processed rice, packaging materials, and other factory supplies.
∎ Perform daily stock counting, update inventory database, and reconcile discrepancies.
∎ Monitor stock movement and ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles are followed.
∎ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
∎ Coordinate with procurement and production departments to manage material requirements.
∎ Ensure proper storage and labeling of goods in the warehouse.
∎ Oversee loading and unloading of stock items during delivery and dispatch.
∎ Track damaged or expired stock and report accordingly.
∎ Support internal and external audits with complete inventory documentation.
∎ Implement and improve inventory control systems to reduce wastage and losses.
