Responsibilities & Context:

Conduct research on relevant topics to provide insights, recommendations, and improvements for processes and procedures.
Provide assistance on specific projects, ensuring deliverables are met within the stipulated time frame.
Facilitate communication within the team and across departments, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination.
