Job Responsibilities:
HR Support (Day-to-Day):
- Actively participate in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume reviews, and initial screenings.
- Research hiring trends and adopt best practices.
- Enhance the campus recruitment program and create an events calendar for HR initiatives.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees.
- Help manage and maintain accurate employee files.
- Assist in the smooth handling of leave management processes.
Content Creation:
- Ensure all HR-related content is clear, concise, and adheres to company standards.
- Prepare and manage social media posts for the company.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Assist in gathering and analyzing HR data.
Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication within the HR team and across departments.
- Help draft internal communications regarding HR initiatives.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives.
