∎ Actively participate in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume reviews, and initial screenings.
∎ Research hiring trends and adopt best practices.
∎ Enhance the campus recruitment program and create an events calendar for HR initiatives.
∎ Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently.
∎ Support onboarding activities for new employees.
∎ Help manage and maintain accurate employee files.
∎ Assist in the smooth handling of leave management processes.
∎ Ensure all HR-related content is clear, concise, and adheres to company standards.
∎ Prepare and manage social media posts for the company.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
∎ Assist in gathering and analyzing HR data.
∎ Facilitate effective communication within the HR team and across departments.
∎ Help draft internal communications regarding HR initiatives.
∎ Address employee inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives.
