Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline or an equivalent qualification (Bachelor with major in HR is preferred).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job circular preparation and posting.
∎ Resume reviews and initial screenings.
∎ Communication facilitation with candidates.
∎ Interview coordination.
∎ Proper documentation.
∎ Onboarding facilitation.
∎ Collaboration with hiring managers.
∎ Internal communication facilitation.
∎ Upholding the company's culture.
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the team leader.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Having HR relevant training will be an added advantage.
∎ Candidates must be proactive, dynamic, and able to work hard under pressure.
∎ Can-do attitude, Service-oriented, Punctual, Committed to work with responsibility.
∎ Ability to multi-task and remain organized, meet the deadline.
∎ Computer literacy is a must (especially in Google Sheet, Docs, Microsoft Word & Excel).
Salary: Tk. 7000 (Monthly)
