Educational Requirements:
∎ Should have Major in Human Resource Management
∎ North South University,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Updating Employee Database.
∎ Prepare HR Filing as required by the Department.
∎ Organizing interviews as per schedule.
∎ Preparing and sending offer letters and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
∎ New Employee Joining Formalities as per CIL Practice.
∎ Maintaining Leave Records.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 5000 - 10000 (Monthly)
