Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS and Valid registration of BMDC/ Graduation from any discipline being a must holder of NSC in Caregiving (NSQF Level – 3) and CBT&A Methodology Level– 4 certified
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct theoretical and practical classes for learners as per requirements and National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) course curriculum.
∎ Provide training independently as per the CBT&A methodology.
∎ Prepare the lesson Plan, class routine, job sheet, handout, and formative & summative assessment tools according to the Competency Standard (CS) & Competency-Based Learning Materials (CBLM) and presenting to the section in charge for approval.
∎ Maintain all registers (attendance register, record register, stock register, lesson plan register, notice register, student portfolio file, etc.)
∎ Design course syllabus, PowerPoint presentation, lecture videos, weekly quizzes, discussion forums, and exams.
∎ Utilize innovative classroom techniques and methodologies that involve students in challenging learning opportunities.
∎ Prepare class sessions and assignments to help students grasp course content and how it integrates with overall student learning outcomes for the course.
∎ Observe and evaluate student performance in meeting course objectives and learning outcomes through assignments, projects, discussions, or examinations; provide feedback promptly on student progress.
∎ Maintain records of enrollment and attendance, assessments and grades, and submit class rosters and grade sheets by the deadlines established by the operations.
∎ Meet with the teams as needed to discuss all aspects of the course including student progress and curriculum development (may be required to provide input into program development).
∎ Undertake monitoring and assessment of students’ course work, project work, and examinations, and maintain up-to-date and accurate records of their progress and achievement.
∎ Prepare and maintain the donor's documents as per requirements and update timely.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Minimum 01 year of experience in the hospital sector or the relevant teaching profession.
∎ Experience in teaching in caregiving sector is highly preferred.
∎ Sound knowledge in documentation, training facilitation, and reporting.
∎ Should be flexible and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Moderate skills in strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving.
∎ Proficiency in computer operation including MS Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint, Internet.
