- Develop daily/weekly/monthly production plans
- Ensure smooth operation of machines and processes
- Follow and implement ISO/Quality Management Systems
- Identify machine faults and coordinate maintenance
- Reduce production costs through process improvement
- Ensure discipline, safety, and teamwork on the shop floor
- Follow workplace safety rules and ensure others do
- Maintain records of raw materials, output, and rejects
