Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate / Master degree in any Discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ In charge – Safety, Security & Compliance has to play vital roles in Safety, security & compliance action planning, work place safety & security implementation & simulnuously operations.
∎ To ensuring the health & safety and compliance issues the incumbent perfectly following industry standards/standard operation of procedure (SOP).
∎ To make security plan for factory premises, production floor, machineries, fixed assets, employees movement, Vehicle movement. Action plan for International standard e.g. (ISO 9001, ISO 14001), act as a team member of HACCAP implementation.
∎ If there are any security- safety - compliance related issues occurred, the concern has to find out the reasons and ensure that it is not been repeated.
∎ Strong Liaison with the Board of directors, HRD & Factory Unit is of much significance.
∎ Implement & Ensuring necessary forms, register for safety, security & compliance matter.
∎ To attend the scheduled corporate meetings and organize training e.g – firefighting exercise, Rescue Operations exercise etc.
∎ Must able to maintain, manage various gov’t offices, Court & Police Station related works.
∎ Any other task assigned by the employer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Security and Rescue..
∎ He must have direct knowledge about Safety, Security, and Rescue & Compliance.
∎ He should have good interpersonal relationship and communication skills both in oral and written.
∎ Has to be a good decision maker of analytical and operational actions.
∎ Strong Personality & Can DO’ attitude.
∎ Excellent in multi-tasking.
