Job Context:
∎ Healthy Choice Food & Beverage Limited is looking for considerable experienced energetic Food & Beverage Industry / FMCG / background Candidates who has dedication, sincerity; excellent knowledge of the entire FMCG related Vat & Tax activities and has courage enough to take the challenge for creating a new trait of glory. Thus, we are seeking experienced, dynamic candidates for the position of Manager – Vat & Tax. The incumbent will play an important role in terms of ensuring proper compliance with VAT act & rules in all VAT related activities of the group. He will be capable to facilitate VAT audits conducted by NBR, AG and other Government Authorities. Candidates who consider themselves confident to work as Assistant Manager/ Manager– Vat & Tax are welcome to apply.
∎ Job Location: Factory Premises - Sreemangal, Moulvibazar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the companies’ VAT compliance process as per recent VAT Act.
∎ Handle VAT audit conducted by NBR, AG & other Gov’t agencies.
∎ Ensure Proper maintenances of all kinds of VAT registers including legal litigation.
∎ Develop and implement VAT strategy to avoid regulatory risk and time to time update & provide guidance to management of the company.
∎ Corresponding with custom excise & vat office independently.
∎ Maintain close liaison with custom authority, NBR, Tribunal and appellate Tribunal.
∎ To prepare financial statement of the company for tax submission.
∎ Preparation & deposit of withholding VAT, time to time reporting as required.
∎ Responsible for all tax file of the concerned company & employees.
∎ Ensure internal audit of all documents.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records in respect of Taxation & Value added Tax related issues in connection with Chief Financial Officer.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about TDS. VDS Procedures & Vat & Tax return submissions.
∎ Responsible for Supervise & Monitor all Vat & Tax departmental Officers/Staff.
∎ Maintain strong liaison with Production/Commercial/Supply Chain/ Accounts & Finance department & keep up to date all VAT related register and online data.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05-08 Years in FMGG Industry.
∎ Vast knowledge on BD Vat law, Act & ethics.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Vat & TAX, Accounts & Finance, Inventory Management
∎ Must have good knowledge in English & good communication skills.
