∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform physical inventory and cash count at factory, showroom, plant, and project sites regularly.
∎ Investigate opportunities for cost-saving or process improvement initiatives.
∎ Conduct pre-audit and post-audit of all kinds of bill vouchers.
∎ Review collected data and prepare field audit reports based on market intelligence, issuing these reports to the head of audit.
∎ Visit workshops and CNG stations periodically to observe and analyze overall operations, including revenue recognition and realization, cash management, inventory management, administrative tasks, and compliance adherence.
